Looks like the Xperia J is coming to Bell on March 27th. It's an entry level phone with a 4" 854x480 display, 1Ghz first-gen Snapdragon processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB RAM which can be expanded using MicroSD cards, HSPA and a 5MP camera. Sounds a lot like the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 from a few years...
