Rogers new value pack and old 50% discount

I have Rogers value pack on iPhone. $20.79 with 50% discount. It has call display, visual vm. Unlimited Canadian text, picture and video messages. New value pack has tv too. If I change to that pack, will I loose 50% discount. Please confirm if anybody knows that and or how to get new value pack...
