Device Protection Plan on a Corporate Plan

Has anyone managed to get this added on? I didn't have the option when signing up, and dialing *611 has led me on a bit of a wild goose chase (been redirected to three different people so far). The corporate plan is a great rate, but I don't really like rolling the dice on my One S lasting...
