Going from Droid to iPhone, 3 or 4?

Hi, I'm a new poster (so be gentle with me, please :)). My 2 year old original Droid has served me very well but is on it's last legs. I really love the Droid (except the phone quality has always sucked) but have never used an iphone. Primarily because of the upcoming Google privacy changes...
