Okay my iphone 3 yr plan is ending in a week! I haven't heard from Fido. I 've got retention credits that expire with the end of contract and $100 in fido dollars. I'm happy with my current plan but not without the credits. How do I keep the credits and get a new phone? I'd like the PQ $25 plan...
