Fido plan pamphlet shows that data add-on for prepaid "Exclude tethering", while for monthly plans allows tethering. I'm wondering if I try to tether on a prepaid data plan, does it disable tethering outright through the SIM card, or just charge extreme high rates? Thanks for any input.
