Hi all, I have a temporary Bell prepaid line and I'm trying to change my lan from the pay-per-use plan to the $40.75 unlimited incoming/unlimited eves and ends plan. Unfortunately, as usual, the website is down; in addition, calling #321 gives absolutely no option to speak to anybody....
