It looks like Fido has switched the pre-paid CityFido to become unlimited minutes. So you have 2 versions... $4 difference for identical plans, not sure if there is other difference. Maybe it's a sign that one version of them will be gone soon. Koodo raised unlimited city call plan to $40,...
