Florida police say a man suffered a beating when an angry girlfriend caught him viewing porn, after he promised her "he would stop."
Delia Priem, 29, of Largo, was arrested Monday and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery after she allegedly awoke her boyfriend with a "slap to the face," according to an arrest affidavit (http://thesmokinggun.com/file/porn-fan-battery) obtained by The Smoking Gun (http://www.thesmokinggun.com/documents/crime/woman-batters-boyfriend-over-his-porn-viewing-908652).
The affidavit, issued by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office (http://www.pcsoweb.com/), alleges that Priem "was upset that she found [her boyfriend] watching porn after videoing him."
After the wake-up slap, Priem allegedly "pushed him in his bed" and "proceeded to throw items around the room," police said.
Priem, according to The Smoking Gun, was jailed for about 12 hours before she was released on her own recognizance.
Monday's arrest is not the first sticky situation that Priem has found herself in recently. She was reportedly arrested for drunken driving in April. The outcome of that case is still pending.
