Summer's here and it is HOT out there, people. One of our favorite ways to beat the heat is with a boozy frozen drink (http://www.brit.co/frozen-cocktails/) (duh!). We're all about the wine slushies, frozen daiquiris, spiked shakes, and of course, margaritas. Our latest obsession? Frozen Watermelon (http://www.brit.co/tag/watermelon/) Mint Margaritas! Ingredients:
- 1 seedless watermelon
- 5 limes
- mint
- 3 tablespoons agave
- 3/4 cup tequila silver
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- ice
Instructions:
1. Cut watermelon into small cubes. Add 2 cups watermelon, lime juice, mint, agave, tequila and triple sec to a blender. Fill with ice. Pulse until completely blended.
2. Pour into a mason jar rimmed with salt. Garnish with a watermelon wedge and mint. Cheers!
