So I pre-ordered an unlocked iPhone 5 directly from Apple yesterday. Delivery is supposedly within 2 weeks. A few questions: 1. When the phone is delivered, can I just go to a local Apple Store and pick up a FIDO nano SIM for Free? Obviously I will then have to call FIDO to get them to...
