Intrigued by the question of how rats make it into toilet bowls (http://assets.nationalgeographic.com/modules-video/assets/ngsEmbeddedVideo.html?guid=0000014f-0e8d-dd5e-a75f-2fcd3e340000) (and yes, it does happen (http://start.westnet.ca/newstempch.php?article=2013/06/11/rat-in-toilet-margaret-keith-woods_n_3422813.html)), National Geographic put together this brief video (http://video.nationalgeographic.com/video/news/150811-rats-toilet-swimming-vin) tracing the rodents' paths from street to sewer, sewer to indoor plumbing and, ultimately, into the toilet. Perhaps the most incredible part is how easily a rat can navigate the sharp 180-degree U-turn within the actual toilet pipes, all while underwater.
