Little Marty is celebrating his 2nd birthday (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OULuqNgEWmU), but before he can enjoy a scrumptious chocolate cupcake, he's going to need a quick lesson in how to blow out a candle.
That's because, try as he may, Marty can't seem to get this exhaling-on-command thing down. After all, how many birthdays could he possibly have celebrated?
