Is fido-core-appl1.apn working now for LTE ?

Put a LTE sim in a Galaxy Note, 3G data and voice are working fine, but I'm out of an LTE area right now and noticed my APN is still fido-core-appl1.apn Should that have changed automatically to ltemobility.apn or does the old apn work now with LTE? Do we need to enter manual LTE...
