Wow!!! I'm still in shock!! A guy named "Gino" (Fiction) called customer service the other day. Following an update of his iPhone to the newest Apple iOS 6 he started having problems (Frozen issues)... Instead of going back to his iTunes or contacting Apple Tech. Support he started blaming...
