Buying a new iPhone 6S off Kijiji

Hi, I've arranged a meetup with a guy off Kijiji tomorrow to buy a new iPhone 6S. The phone is apparently still sealed in the box and he's letting us check the IMEI for blacklist and serial number and test the phone before buying it. Are there any more pre-cautions to take? Its a new iPhone 6S...
