New customer here who tried to set up a guest network on a T3200M and thought I'd share my experiences which might help other.
I was following the instructions at :

I was expecting that a new separate SSID would be created for the guest network but instead it just allows you to change one (or both?) of the existing SSIDs to be a guest network.
In a chat session with Telus I explained what I was trying to do and the agent agreed that he thought it should be possible. The agent did a remote control session of my home computer and after exploring the configuration page for the T3200M concluded that it was not possible.
So on the T3200M you can modify the 2.4G or 5G SSID to be a guest network but not add another SSID to be the guest network. Seeing as how I can only reliably see the 2.5G band it doesn't leave a workable option for a guest network.
