Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum. I’m from Calgary. I work as a system administrator in a multinational firm. My brother has involved a drug possession case. He was returning back from a wedding party organized in the outskirts of Toronto. His friends too accompanied him during the travel. Unfortunately, cops were checking vehicles out there. They caught some marijuana from the car. The cops arrested them all instantly. Actually, my brother is innocent. One of his friends placed the stuff in the car.
I'm totally desperate. I don't know what to do next. How can I prove his innocence? What are our chances of succeeding? I'm planning to visit a criminal defence lawyer in Toronto (http://www.torontodefencelawyers.com/locations/criminial-defence-lawyers-toronto). Any similar experiences?
