Bell is offering 10% off Voice, Voice/Data and Fab10 plans *no contract* if you don't take a hardware subsidy on activation. http://www.bell.ca/Mobility/Promotions/Switch_to_Bell_Offer Hopefully this is the start of reduced pricing for people who buy their own devices (like myself.)
