Depressed - Need help!

I'm very much depressed because of my small and unattractive boobs. Everyone makes fun of my boobs and I lost the confidence to go for parties. I'm taking anti-depressants medicines but there is no change in my condition. So my mom is compelling me to consult a psychotherapist in our province. I don't think it will be of any help as I desperately want to undergo breast augmentation surgery (http://www.breastandtummytuck.com/procedures/breast-augmentation/). I think undergoing this surgery might help me to overcome my depression but my mom is not convinced by this. One of my friends suggested consulting Dr. Marcus Niessen in London, Ontario to undergo this procedure. I'm thinking of consulting the surgeon. But my mom is not in support. Anyone with a similar situation? How did you convince your mom? Any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks!

It seems to me that people with incurable stds (https://stdanatomy.com/stds/std.html) have no joy or happiness in their life but still I admire those people because they know they hadn't lose hope, it will be like death to them, that's when they will turn into walking corpses!
