Hi all, I am a newbie to this forum. Since I am looking for a job in the shipbuilding industry, I have decided to become a welder. I guess there are more opportunities for pipe fitting in the shipbuilding industry. I love traveling very much. That is the main reason why I decided to find a job in the shipping industry. There will be more opportunities for travel. I am choosing welding because it provides the flexibility to switch between industries without changing careers. I have learned stick welding techniques (http://www.weldtechtraining.com/welding-courses/customized-welding-courses/smaw-stick/smaw-stick-maintenance-welding-night-course/) from a welding training school. But welding industry prefers skilled welders rather than freshers. I don't have much experience in welding and I attended only one course on stick welding. I haven't passed any welding test and I am not certified yet. How can I get certified? Is there any particular course? Please reply with your suggestions.

There is a test named CSWIP, it is an internationally certified test. Get it certified. You will surely get better opportunities.

I'm just going to take this test. And you do not know for admission to him, you need to know your points? I can count them through the collegegpacalc.com (https://www.collegegpacalc.com/).
