Need Dental Care
 

Hi, I'm Jennifer. Recently, I noticed my tooth decay. I love to eat sugary foods. I have heard that sugary foods are the best friends of bacteria in the mouth. I used to take a lot of acidic foods and drinks as I love it. My friend told me that foods such as bread and fish contain acid. I was shocked to hear this. I used to brush my teeth twice a day. Also, I floss my teeth regularly. But later I realized that even if I brush my teeth they look yellow. I stopped maintaining my healthy routines. Initially, when I noticed tooth decay I didn't bother it much. But when the tooth left untreated, it resulted in severe pain. I enquired in the nearby clinic and my dental hygienist told that fluoride treatment is most suitable for me. Can someone share what is fluoride treatments? What are the pros and cons of fluoride treatment? Kindly share your ideas and suggestions.
