Guerrilla marketing technique for a new business

I'm in search of a good alternative to the traditional marketing techniques. I'm running a supermarket in my hometown. I started the shop a few months before. Still, I'm struggling to attract more potential customers to the store. I'm trying to put effort to combat the continuous decrease in sales. A heavily used competitive tactic in the grocery business is the weekly advertising of price reductions in the newspaper. At least a few assume that advertisements of price reductions help to build store traffic by diverting customers from competing stores. I'm not interested to follow the conventional paths. I came to know regarding the latest guerrilla marketing technique used by many companies. The idea is really simple with little cost but, very effective in gaining more consumers. Guys, help me find a few shops providing guerrilla marketing services. Can someone help me with this? Hope you would share your suggestions soon. Thank you!
