Koodo says my SIN has been blocked from sign up, ran a credit check anyways
 

Long story short I was banned from signing up on Telus because I asked for "too many credits" which is not true. I tried to sign up on Koodo, a completely different brand, but they said my SIN was blocked. However they ran a credit check anyways. What's the best course of action to take here? ...
