Back pain
 

My dad has been suffering from back pain for many years. He can't sleep on mattress anymore. He needs something sturdy to support his back. He used to sleep on the wood flooring in our house in Muskoka. But now, the temperature is a bit low now and laying on the bare wood ain't good. So we removed the mattress from the bed and made him sleep on the bed. He keeps saying that he wants to sleep on the floor coz the cold wood eases the stretching pain. I haven't seen him sleep continuously in a long time. I need a solution for this.
