No number when logging in
 

So I ported a local number into an out of province plan for a friend yesterday. Login today - no number is there. It's just blank. Go into 'old classic' self serve, I can see number. However when I check 'transfer status' it says 'unauthorized'. Anyone have any idea what is going on?
