Just doing a bit of reading online (out of boredom) and came across some old news releases about Rogers launching 3G way back. It looks like they originally launched 3G 3.6 Mbps in 2006, upgraded to 7.2 Mbps in 2008, and finally upgraded to 21 Mbps HSPA+ in 2009. Bell on the other hand...
