Suspected to have iris conjuctivitis
 

Hi, I think my eyesight is becoming worse these days. I work in front of the computer screen, and after reaching home after work, I spend my time in front of the mobile, except during sleeping. This has done serious damage to my eyes. I blink my eyes less often and this has made my eyes dry.
My eyes will now start watering after sitting in front of the system within minutes. Mucus will start appearing and when I wash my eyes after that, my eyes will become pinkish in color. When I researched about this condition on the internet, I have found that these conditions are the symptoms of iris conjunctivitis. I am really scared and confused and is planning to visit an eye doctor. Is this a serious problem? Can this condition lead to blindness? Please give some genuine replies and suggestions.
