Hey everyone, Hope you all had a merry xmas. I am looking for a new workout routine training each muscle group twice a week. I want to try this split. Question i have is what muscle groups do i work together for maximum potential?

Biceps/Back /Abs?

Shoulders/ Legs /Abs?

Chest/ Triceps / etc?
