TMJ disorder-Need help
 

Hey, I am from Lexington. Recently, I’ve been experiencing pain while chewing food and touching the jaw muscle areas. I am pregnant and am maintaining a perfect diet because of this. This jaw pain is affecting my diet and I lost weight drastically within a month. Seeing the condition, my husband took me to a physician. He diagnosed me with TMJ disorder. The doctor suggested me some exercise and diet plan as part of the TMJ treatment. Will the disorder be cured without any surgery? Share your views.
