I am here to get some opinions. My house is located in a place which stands high in aesthetic beauty. There is a patio opening up from my living room where we use to spend our evenings. But last day, I found that there is some issue with the sliding patio door. The door is at times out of track. I think it is because of lack of proper maintenance and the whole track needs to be replaced. The patio door glass is misted between panes too. I am planning to contact a
