I was recently testing out a band 12/17 phone (Moto E 2nd gen), and I noticed Telus finally has MFBI support for in and around Vancouver. That means you can use either a band 12 or band 17 phone to access the 700 MHz spectrum. Judging by the fact that it is broadcasting both Bell/Telus when...
