Trying to roam in the Netherlands
I'm in the Netherlands and I'm very disappointed with the service. I have voice, text and data roaming packages, but I can't reliably send SMS messages, can't reliably originate a call and can't reliably access websites, even though the signal strength is 5 bars. I've called Bell several times and...
