iOS 5.1 for iPhone 4S: Do we have the "Enable 3G" On/Off now?

I was reading on the web that Apple might be bringing back the "Enable 3G" option to the 4S with iOS 5.1. (lets ignore they are calling it "4G" for the moment) Has anyone upgraded yet and seen if that box comes back? http://www.engadget.com/2011/10/15/i...ble-3g-switch/ ...
