Telus Call Centers now offshored?
Usually I go for a long time without needing to call 611. In fact I haven't needed to call them for more than a year. But in the past month, I had 2 matters, one billing and one feature for couple of many phones in the family. I called 5 times for those 2 matters and got different CSRs each time. ...
