Battery Life

I see and or hear a lot of people saying they get 1 or 2 days out of a charge on their iPhone. Are they not using it at all? I barely put my phone down, always texting, always googling, playing a game, et cetera and My phone comes off the charger at 9AM at 100% and by 1 PM the battery is at 20%. ...
