CDMA Unable to dial 611 or *611 on Telus HTC S640.

I can dial *22803, although, it says I am ineligible for a PRL upgrade (my PRL version is 08095). When I dial 611 (or *611), I just get a busy signal. Works on my HSPA Nexus S. Telus' Tech Support is closed and the message instructs you to call back tomorrow. Edit note: This is an...
