I'm troubled with halitosis. My mouth has a permanent bad taste even after eating or drinking or brushing my teeth and using a mouthwash. I don't know why this is happening. It is not only embarrassing I have also found that I don't want to converse much anymore. I have changed from a bubbly chatty person to be quiet and depressed even writing this is making me upset. My friends used to ask me why I'm totally down. They noticed my change in behaviour. I miss the active person in me. I have read that the drinking plenty of water and swish cool water around your mouth will help in reducing bad breath. I tried it but nothing could help me.
