Man Kicks Himself In The Head 134 Straight Times. Mind Blown.

Puskar Nepal kicked himself in the head 134 times in a minute to set a Guinness World Record. Guinness posted video of the feat on July 8, showing Nepal's efficient technique. With his head bowed and torso bent at about 90 degrees, Nepal smacked his noggin with alternating blows from his right and left foot.

"I want to contribute something for the poor people of rural areas," Nepal wrote on his record application, per Guinness. "I want the people from different countries to know about me. Breaking a world record has always been a dream for me."

Nepal, who adopted the name of his home country, accomplished his feat in December at Kantipur City College in Nepal. He bested the previous mark of 127 by Joel Leindecker.
