Default Back pain after accident

When I was 19, I was riding a bike and a car blew through a four-way stop and hit me about 35mph. Luckily, I fell into the bushes and was safe from further injuries. I was taken to the hospital and X-rays were taken and examined whether any of my bones were broken.
I began to feel a nagging pain in my lower right back. Sometimes, I feel like it is in the center of my spine. My pain has increased considerably, despite visiting several doctors and taking medicines. This has decreased my ability to live a normal life.
The pain is increasing every day and I am planning to take treatment from a clinic which offers registered physiotherapy services from Mississauga. Is there anybody over here who has experienced a similar problem? Was it effective? Please give some genuine replies and suggestions. Thanks in advance.
