Default Anxiety and stress for 10 yo

Hi, my daughter is ten years old and she is studying in sixth grade. She is always very tensed and has a peculiar character. Her teachers are complaining that she would not mingle with other students. She is studious and is very tensed during the exam time. She often feels sick during the exam time and is unable to attend the examination. She performs well in those exams that she has written. My friends are saying that this behavior is going to be a big burden in her future life and needs immediate treatment. She is advising to take anti-anxiety medications from Toronto. Is it safe for a 10 yo to take medications for stress? How can I reduce the anxiety and stress in her? Please give some genuine replies and suggestions. Thanks in advance.

those are lies by the teachers for their insecurities, stay away from it
stay away from medications , they are all unnecessary and over prescribed.

ask around. drs, teachers, all get paid for this stuff.

its all an industry,

Take pills at such a young age is not worth it. Just try to reduce stress and strain. Study is not all of what is life

From the outside it looks like you are forcing your daughter to study perfectly. Give e freedom. She is studying hard at a more mature age. My stress level, when I was a student, was huge. I had to prepare a few special recipes to put myself in order ...

I finished perfectly.
