Where to get the remediation certificate

Hi,

I'm buying a house which is located at 741 Wentworth Pl SW. This is a private sale. Seller told me this house is an Ex-grow ops house. She can't provide the remediation certificate. But she promise she had one but lost it. I can't found any information by googling. Should I go to city to get it? I just want to make sure this house was remediated. Seller was telling me this house was remediated at 2007.
