Essential phone reception

Anyone using Essential phone on Bell/Virgin mobile? If so how's the reception? I saw YouTube videos discussing the phone on T-mobile having bad reception, but iirc T-Mobile has pretty poor reception. How is it here? Also any other input about the essential, speed,battery,updates,etc. would be...
