Moving to Calgary from Ontario
Hey everyone! I would like to move to Calgary by the end of Next month. I have an apartment waiting for me there already with friends. I am 23 years old and I have a diploma in the Legal Office Administration field as well as general office administration. I have 1 year of experience and its been on and off because most of the jobs I could find in Ontario were temporary jobs or contracts. What are the chances of getting a full time job in Calgary as a receptionist or even a legal assistant? I am not being too picky, like right now, I will take anything. Even retail work. What are the employment agencies there like as well? And if you're unemployed, what kind of financial assistance is available?
