CityFido $39 plan outside zone?

I can see that the $39 prepaid plan gives unlimited local minutes within your zone. It looks like calls from within the zone to a number outside the zone are 40c/min? That's not a big problem, they can use a OneSuite Montreal number. What I can't find is what it costs to answer the phone...
