Bell Charged for roaming with data off
I'm Canadian and visit the USA for 6 weeks twice a year. I have being doing this for 30 years. Everytime before driving over the boarder I turn data off. Never had a problem until I returned this fall. I was charged 7 days out of 42 $13 Roam Better for each of the 7 days. I don't text and I don't...
