Any promotions on the eve of the final shutdown of the CDMA2000?

My mum and dad have a pair of prepaid accounts on Telus. One is still on the CDMA2000 network, which isn't long for this world. Any promotions on moving to the HSPA network? Discounts on handsets? A free SIM? Anything? I couldn't find anything about it on Telus' website.
