10Gig LTE Data Plan

I like new gadgets and looked at the Rogers LTE page, (Why is the Galaxy Note LTE not on that page?) can not find the 10Gig LTE Data Plan anymore?? What does this mean? The plan is no longer offered? Can Rogers decide to cancel the 10 Gig LTE data sharing plan I have now and charge me more?
