Default Plans Corporate Plan with no Data

I called customer service to add data to my old corporate plan, but they can't find the option to do it and they told me to go back to the dealer where I got the plan. How can customer service not have the option to do it? Thing is I have a $20 plan with 250 minutes, evenings/weekends free, T2T...
