Unbelivale CALL WAIT TIMES with TELUS!!! WE WAIT OVER 80 MIN EVERY TIME AND WE CANT GET THROUH!!!
Dear TELUS,
Our family has been with you for 10 years. Two days ago we wanted to switch to different bundle. So I called and got the option "call back" so we received a call 1.5 hour later. After talking with the customer service we decided we need to discuss all the details before we finalize switch and I asked support to call us back in 2 hours. Since then NO CALL BACK!!! I tried calling myself yesterday and after 85 minutes on hold, we had to leave the house. Today I am calling again and its 77 minutes already. WE CAN NOT HAVE 2 HOURS EVERY TIME WE CALL TO PAY YOU MORE MONEY TELUS. AFTER DISCUSSION WITH WIFE WE DECIDED NOT TO SWITCH TO MORE EXPENSIVE BUNDLE AND CANCEL OUR TELUS Altogether. WE WILL JUST MOVE TO SHAW NOW. THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU. Shaw offers the same if not better internet for the same money. Why would I pay $150 to the company that doesn't care about its customers AT ALL!!! We paid $130 for few TV channels and internet 15mb/5mb with a 200Gb cap! Every time you go over 200Gb you charged $5 additional then if over 250Gb you pay $15 and so on. Shaw offering 150mb/15mb for the same money and no limit. I think dear TELUS you got GREEDY, EXPENSIVE and OLD. No wonder SO MANY HORRIBLE REVIEWS OUT THERE. More... |
